WennSoft Signature MobileTech 2013 provides technicians, who are dispatched to complete service calls, access to a customer’s service location, equipment, appointment activity, and task details. The technician can complete the service call/ticket, schedule additional work, capture customer signatures, and synchronize everything back to the office for billing or follow up. Because MobileTech has store and forward capability, the information is available to your technicians even when disconnected, so they stay on task.

IMPORTANT: MobileTech 2013 R2.0 is compatible with WennSoft Signature 2010 R3 SP4.1+

New Features in 2.0.35
Correct dates are displayed for labor, travel, and expense transactions in Time Track when server and client devices are not in the same time zone:
If a technician entered a transaction on a mobile device that was physically located in one time zone and the server was located in a different time zone (for instance, the server was in PST zone and the device was in CST zone), transaction dates were shown to have occurred on the previous day, rather than when they were entered.

The day of the week is now recorded correctly for transactions in Time Track.

New Features in 2.0.32
Job Cost integration:
- Job appointments: You can enter labor, expense, travel, and inventory information for job appointments in MobileTech 2013 that are set up in Job Cost. Appointments are completed in a manner that is similar to completing service call appointments.
- Change orders: You can create a change order that applies to a job, or you can assign a change order to a specific cost code for a job.
- Work crews: You can enter labor, travel, or expense transactions for job work crews or individual work crew members when you complete a job appointment. A new option in the Remote Application Administration, UseWorkCrewJobCost, must be set to True to use this feature.

Helper technicians - You can enter labor, travel, or expense transactions for helper technicians when you complete a job appointment. The UseTechnicianHelper option in the Remote Application Administration form must be set to True to use this feature.

Service appointment work crews - You can enter labor, travel, or expense transactions for service work crews or individual work crew members when you complete a service appointment. A new option in the Remote Application Administration, UseWorkCrewService, must be set to True to use this feature.

Technician activities - You can create labor transactions for technician activities for events, such as meetings, jury duty, sick days, and training in WennSoft Service Management, and then modify and complete the activities from your mobile device.

Timesheet reports - The Call Summary report and the Timesheet report reflect transactions that are a result of work crew, job appointment, and technician activities.

Delete labor, travel, or expense transactions before they are synchronized - You can modify or delete labor, travel, or expense transactions before they are synchronized to the host system.

Adjust logging levels and information - The LogSql option has been added to Mobile Tech Global Settings, and determines whether SQL statement logging is enabled. The option should be enabled for troubleshooting purposes only, because when it is set to True, performance will be degraded and the event log fills up more quickly than if it is set to False. The default setting is False. If the LogVerbose option is set to True, all logging options will be logged.

Clear the WSMT2013 database option - You can choose to clear the middle tier database for the company that you are logged in to, and there are also some instances when a message is displayed to indicate that you must clear the database. You must be logged on as the sa user to clear the database.
